freedom is all

When I started taking panoramas I used a tripod and a panorama head. However I found that some of the places which interest me such as temples, shrines and shops quite reasonably prohibit tripods. And I then discovered that it's not only possible but actually much easier and quicker taking good quality panoramas without the burden of a tripod.

No she didn't

  • Notice yet another couple stop to look around as they went past.
  • Notice that the man was holding a camera near his chest and that he was looking at something at the floor.
  • Notice that they had been there earlier with a light meter.
  • Know that the exif time from first to last shot in this panorama was 33 seconds.

sorry no tripods ...

... in temples ...

... in shops ...

... on precious floors ...

... in doorways ...

... in cablecars ...

... or in the middle of the road
